Fledgelings Day Nursery in Rainham, our beautifully spacious addition to the Fledgelings group, opened in April 2023 and is growing rapidly. We’re looking for a goal-driven Manager to lead the team and help the nursery reach its full potential. With excellent organizational skills, you’ll bring passion, dedication, and expertise to ensure exceptional early years care and education.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the nursery, including staff management. - Lead and support the professional development of the team. - Achieve occupancy targets and maintain high retention. - Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and hygiene. - Ensure compliance with EYFS, Ofsted expectations, and safeguarding protocols.
Qualifications
- Level 3 in Childcare. - Nursery management experience. - Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted expectations, and safeguarding practices. - Excellent communication skills with staff, children, and families. - A commitment to fostering a positive, high-quality environment.
