Requesting Extra Days at Short Notice
We understand that parents may occasionally require additional childcare days at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, work commitments, or family emergencies. At Fledgelings, we are happy to help accommodate these requests wherever possible, ensuring your child receives the same high standard of care they are used to.
However, please be aware that extra fees will apply for any additional days outside the agreed schedule, and availability may vary depending on staffing and capacity. To make arrangements or inquire about availability, please reach out to our team, who will gladly assist with your request and provide all necessary details.

Notice for Withdrawal/Reduced Attendance
Notice for Reduced Attendance
At Fledgelings, our registration fee is non-refundable and helps cover the administrative costs involved in securing your child’s place at our nursery. Deposits are refundable when your child leaves, provided you give us at least 4 weeks' written notice. If you choose to withdraw your child's registration or terminate the contract before the agreed start date, please note that both the registration fee and deposit will be non-refundable.
Additionally, changes to contracted sessions are not permitted during the first 8 weeks from the start date. After this period, a 4-week notice period will be required to reduce sessions or terminate the contract, ensuring we have adequate time to manage the changes and maintain smooth operations.

This report captures your child’s achievements, progress, and level of attainment during their time at Fledgelings. It will also be shared with the new school to ensure continuity in supporting their educational and welfare needs.
Additionally, any relevant information about your child’s specific requirements will be passed along to help the new school provide a seamless learning experience. If you have any questions or concerns about the report or would like to discuss its contents in detail, your child’s keyworker will be available to provide support and guidance, ensuring that you feel informed and reassured.
